2. CONTEST PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY
The Contest will commence on January 13th, 2021 at 8:00 am Pacific Time and will operate through to the later of the end of the 2021 National Hockey League (“NHL”) season at or about May 8th, 2021 or the date the team in the customer’s region is eliminated from the 2021 Stanley Cup playoffs (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is open to all residents of Canada except Quebec who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, and have a valid telephone number. The Contest is not open to employees of Promotivate LP (“Promotivate”), TSN, Rogers Sportsnet, NHL or any NHL Team.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Customers will automatically receive a Save-On-Foods $1 Million Dollar Score and Win entry every time they shop at any Save-On-Foods Limited Partnership (“Save-On-Foods”) location in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, providing that their MORE REWARDS Card is scanned or entered at the checkout. Entries are valid for a period of two (2) months, after which time the database may be cleared. Collection of entries will begin three (3) weeks prior to Contest Period. 4. PRIZES

4.1 PRIZE FOR FIVE (5) GOALS IN ONE (1) GAME
Should any Vancouver Canucks’, Calgary Flames’, Edmonton Oilers’ or Winnipeg Jets’ player score five (5) goals in one (1) game (excluding goals scored during a shootout) during the 2021 regular season or playoffs (as recorded by the NHL official game scorer), one contestant, through a Regionalized Random Draw of all entries received (as hereafter defined), will qualify to win an annuity paying $50,000 per year for 20 years.
In the event that a player scores five (5) goals in one (1) game as contemplated in Rule 4.1, the prize for scoring four (4) goals in one (1) game will not be awarded in relation to that player. For the avoidance of any doubt, this means that if a player scores five (5) goals in one (1) game then the prize will be an annuity paying $50,000 per year for 20 years ($1,000,000) and not $100,000 plus the annuity paying $50,000 per year for 20 years.

Regionalized Random Draw shall mean that: residents of British Columbia are eligible for the Canucks’ draws; residents of Northern Alberta are eligible for the Oilers’ draws; residents of Southern Alberta are eligible for the Flames’ draws; residents of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, Labrador, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia are eligible for the Jets’ draws. The payout is governed by Revenue Canada’s rules for Prescribed Annuities. Payment of any and all taxes, or other charges associated with the $1,000,000 annuity prize are the sole responsibility of the potential prize winner.

One entry is drawn prior to each regular season and playoff Vancouver Canucks’, Calgary Flames’, Edmonton Oilers’ and Winnipeg Jets’ game during the 2021 NHL season. If five (5) goals are scored during one of the abovementioned games by a player of one of the abovementioned teams (excluding goals scored during a shootout), Promotivate, (hereafter sometimes referred to as the “Judges”) will make all reasonable efforts to contact the person whose name was drawn. If the Judges, acting reasonably, cannot contact the selected entrant within ten (10) business days of the date of the relevant game, another name will be drawn. The Judges will then make reasonable efforts to contact that person within ten (10) further business days, failing which another name will be drawn, and so on, until a selected entrant is contacted. There can be only one (1) $1,000,000 annuity prize winner during the contest period.

4.2 OTHER PRIZES

In addition to the possibility of awarding the $1,000,000 Annuity Prize in accordance with Rule 4.1 above, other prizes will be awarded through Regionalized Random Draws from the applicable Region outlined above as follows:

Odds of winning one of the above prizes depends upon the number of entries received and the number of goals scored in relevant games. All prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions (cash or otherwise). Maximum of one (1) prize per household.

PRIZE FOR FOUR (4) GOALS IN ONE (1) GAME: $100,000 will be awarded each time four (4) goals are scored in one game by a player on one of the abovementioned teams during the games indicated above (Excluding goals scored during a shootout.) as recorded by the NHL official game scorer. Limit of two (2) $100,000 prizes during the contest period, after which time it will be discontinued. For the avoidance of any doubt, as outlined above the $100,000 prize for scoring four (4) goals in one (1) game will not be awarded in any scenario in which that same player scores five (5) goals in that same one (1) game.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Potential winners will be judged and prizes awarded based on correctly answering, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and signing a liability/publicity release. Potential winners that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible to receive a prize. Every eligible winner will receive his/her prize within six (6) weeks after verification. If the $1,000,000 prize is awarded, the winner will be paid in accordance with the terms in Rule 4.1.

No correspondence will be entered into except with potential winners and winners. Promotivate is the sole judge and its decision about any aspect of this contest shall be final and binding. Save-On-Foods Limited Partnership and Promotivate reserve the right to use winners’ names and/or photographs in any advertising or publicity, with no compensation to the winners. Potential winner names and city of residence may be televised on TSN, Rogers Sportsnet, and/or appear online.

Promotivate, at its option, may substitute any prize for equal or greater value throughout the Contest Period.

None of Save-On-Foods Limited Partnership, Contest Partners, Promotivate, nor any of their respective affiliates, agents, officers, directors and employees shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to the prizes awarded in this contest.
